Flex Friday — Ashley Bader

Ashley Bader claims the spotlight for this week’s Flex Friday in pics from her debut shoot at the NPC Nationals in Miami last season, where she won the physique overall title and a pro card. Ashley started competing in the figure division back in 2015, but eventually switched to the physique ranks. Talk about finding your niche. The Columbus, Georgia native appeared in just two shows — a nationals qualifier and then Nationals — and won them both. We’ll certainly be watching as the former powerlifter tries to keep her streak going as the pro season gets underway.
