Sarah Hayes Wins Overall, Turns Pro at USAs!

Peak Victory: Sarah Hayes is on her way to the pros after winning the women's bodybuilding overall championship at the USAs.

Sensational and charming Sarah Hayes has made a striking habit of winning hardware — recent career highlights include overall titles at the 2010 Branch Warren Classic, the 2009 Europa, Lone Star Championships and Ronnie Coleman Classic — but the popular and exuberant young bodybuilder’s most significant claim to fame came last night in steamy Las Vegas, Nevada.

That’s where the phenomenal 33-year-old heavyweight won her class and put an exclamation point on it by claiming the top spot at the NPC USA Championships. It was just her second national level show following a fourth-place finish at the Nationals last year.

As the number of trophies have grown — along with her magnificent biceps — the beautifully hulking sweetheart from Minnesota (now residing in Dallas, Texas) has gained valuable experience on the big stage and figures to be an exciting new star at the next level.

For now, big congratulations to Sarah on her incredible rise to the top, becoming the latest studio gal to capture an IFBB pro card!
