Behind the Scenes at Jr. Nationals
Most of Chicago is still digging out after the historic Blizzard of ’11, so today we’re turning thoughts ahead to summertime with a fearless flashback to the Jr. Nationals.
Here’s a nod to warmer temps and more excitement with this thrilling threesome of clips featuring beautiful figure competitor’s Kim Currie, Breanne Mollman and Katie Peterson, all in contest shape and captured by your intrepid blogger esprit de corps during the ’09 show in the fantastic Second City. Hey, it’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it!

Fun times and great memories — and with the contest season just getting underway, this popular national event will be here again before you know it.
