Lisa’s Symphony of Sinews
Sporting a superior contest-shape physique hours before taking the stage at the ‘08 Junior Nationals, stunning bodybuilder Lisa Aranda wowed us in an amazing sophomore shoot for the studio. The incredible 44-year-old competitor from Lancaster, Ohio — also a wife and mother of three — went on to finish fourth in the middleweight class.

Here’s the 5-foot-1, 124-pound powerhouse showing a rousing sample of her boulder biceps and massive forearms with a sweet smile and a twist. She’s not nicknamed “The Dancing Queen” just for her footwork; there’s a musical cadence in the way the mighty fibers of Lisa’s granite biceps swing and pop as she tightly flexes them.
